We bought Mya when she was 29 months old. She is a Junior Hunter who marks well and is started on her basic handling. At 50 lbs, she is very quick in the field and puts on an impressive show. She is incredibly affectionate and quickly wins the heart of anyone she gets petted by or better yet, can cuddle with. She has done a little duck hunting and combined with her basic handling skills will retrieve almost anything you shoot. I've had her pheasant hunting enough to value her as one of my best field dogs, using her nose to put up birds and track them down once they hit the ground.Her small size and ability in the field make her a great pheasant dog based on what I’ve seen so far. I am very excited to have her in our kennel and plan on keeping her as my personal gun and Hunt Test dog. She is doing doubles, cold blinds and after a month tune up visit at a pro's is ready to do Senior/Master work. She was a wonderful mom to a litter of 10 and was bred in 2009 by the previous owner. We had one of those puppies and he was phenominal.
